Our appointment book is scheduled via phone calls, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our technicians will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime at our clinic if you are a current client. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us right away at 712-754-2549. It is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency. We schedule appointments for any animal, including large animal production work.

Emergency & Urgent Care

We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty six days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Usually an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and a technician working together to save a pet's life. Emergencies can be things such as accidental ingestion of rat poison, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment, do not hesitate to call immediately.

We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening. If you feel your pet needs to be seen right away, please call so we can best advise you of your situation and if you need to come in. When you arrive, our technicians will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen.

Boarding

In 2016, an addition was built onto the Sibley Veterinary Clinic. The purpose of the addition was to offer more room for boarding pets. We have 11 indoor-outdoor kennels and 10 indoor kennels. We walk all dogs several times a day. By individually walking each dog, we are able to give them our attention and affection. Boarding your pet at the Sibley Veterinary Clinic will give you peace of mind while you are on vacation. Your pet will be cared for by our trained professional staff to ensure your pet is comfortable and happy. We'll care for your pet as though it were our own. We also have a cat condo to board your feline pets as well! For your pet's protection, all vaccines must be current. If not, we will be happy to vaccinate your pet during your pet's stay with us. Required vaccinations include: Distemper, Rabies, and Bordetella. Your pet must be free of internal and external parasites. If not, treatment will be done at your expense.
